We are pleased to provide you with the basic information which concerning necessary requirements & documents needed for the release of your household goods and personal effects in Israel.

•Both old and new passports, for all family members must be presented to the clearing officer in Israel.

•This also includes cases in which, one or all family members are holders of foreign passports, or if one was at any time a new immigrant, then the “Immigrant’s Card” (Teudat Oleh), must be presented as all.

•Your shipment must arrive in Israel within 9 months from the date of your entry (=your “return”) to Israel.

•Shipper should present passport as well as a rental contract for an apartment/home in Israel at the nearest customs office to his residence, in order to obtain “returning resident” status stamp in his passport.
